封堵器治疗房间隔缺损和动脉导管未闭的疗效评价

目的研究非常规方法选择Amplatzer治疗房间隔缺损及动脉导管未闭的可行性。方法14例II孔型ASD和1例动脉导管未闭,经术中常规右心导管检查,测量右室与肺动脉压力,经导引钢丝导入球囊导管测AS最大伸展直径,用体表经胸超声心动图(TTE)或经食管超声(TEE)测量房间隔直径及确定ASD的位置及大小,根据球囊最大伸展直径选择应用等于或大于其1～2mm型号的国产ASD和PDA封堵器。结果15例患者应用15个封堵器均获成功,成功率为100%,无并发症,亦无残余分流。结论国产封堵器具有操作简便、效果可靠、成功率高、安全等优点,应用封堵器封堵ASD和PDA是安全有效的。

Evaluation on the efficiency of an occluder device made in China for treating atrial septal defect and patent ductus arteriosous

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of an occluder device made in China for treating atrial septal defect (ASD)and patent ducts arteriosous(PDA).Methods Fourteen patients with ASD and one patient with PDA(10 male and 5 femal,aged 8-51years,mean age,30.6 years)underwent transcatheter closure of ASD and PDA with an occluder device made in China .The intraoperative examinations of right heart catheterization were performed in all patients to measure the pressure of right ventricles and pulmonary arteries.The balloon diameter of ASD was measured by transthoracic echocardiography(TTE)or transesophageal echocardiography(TEE)to ascertain the site and size of ASD and select proper occluder whose diameter was larger 1-2 mm than that of the balloon.Results All ASD and PDA were treated successfully at one time in 15 patients and the successful rate was 100%.Neither complication nor residual shunt was found in all patients.Conclusion The study demonstrate that,the occluder made in chinese shenzhen Xinajian corporation is safe and efficient in the closure treatment of ASD and PDA.
