| 摘 要： | 目的:评价生脉饮治疗难治性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:难治性心力衰竭患者60例随机分为对照组和治疗组;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用生脉饮,4周后,观察治疗前后两组病人临床症状、体征、心功能改善情况。结果:加用生脉饮后患者症状、体征和心功能改善更明显,总有效率升高,有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:生脉饮治疗难治性心衰患者心功能改善明显,疗效确切,不良反应少,病死率降低。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the Sheng MaiYin the treatment of refractory heart failure.Methods: 60 patients with refractory heart failure were randomly divided into control and treatment groups;treatment group in the conventional treatment based on the use Sheng MaiYin after 4 weeks,two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,signs,heart function improved situation.Results: After the addition of Sheng MaiYin symptoms,signs and heart function improved more significantly,the total efficiency increases,there is a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Sheng MaiYin the treatment of refractory heart failure significantly improved cardiac function,efficacy,adverse reactions,to reduce mortality. |
