类风湿性关节炎患者生命质量测定量表QLICD-RA研制中的条目筛选

目的研制类风湿性关节炎生命质量测定量表特异性模块.方法采用议题小组和核心小组的程序化决策方式及借鉴国内外建立量表的经验制定本量表,通过定性访谈和定量调查分析相结合的方法对条目进行初筛选、评价和修改形成初步量表,随机抽取30名类风湿性关节炎病人和26名医务工作者进行问卷调查,采用变异度法、相关系数法、因子分析法、病人重要性评分及医生重要性评分法对结果进行分析.结果采用上述5种方法分别选出18、31、38、23和32个条目,最终得出包含22个条目的特异模块.结论该特异模块的条目均按严格的程序筛选得出,具有较好的内容效度和代表性.

Items Selection in the Development of the Quality of Life Instrument for Patients with Rheumatic Arthritis(QLICD-RA)

Objective To develop a specific module of the quality of life instrument for patients with rheumatic arthritis. Methods Using the structured group （nominal group and focus group） methods and the qualitative and quantitative theory and methodology in developing rating scales, items were preliminary screened, evaluated and modified. And the data from 30 cases of rheumatic arthritis patients and 26 doctors/nurses were analyzed by 5 statistical procedures： method of coefficient of variation, correlation analysis, factor analysis, patients＇ importance rating procedure and doctors＇ importance rating procedure. Results 18, 31, 38, 23 and 32 items were; selected by above statistical procedures, respectively, and thus 22-items specific module was formed finally. Conclusions The specific module developed on the strict procedures has good content validity and representativeness.
