| 摘 要： | RNA干扰是一种转录后基因沉默机制.通过RNA干扰技术可以特异性剔除或关闭特定基因的表达,进而为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供一种崭新的手段.本文就RNA干扰的机制、作用靶标及相关的临床应用做一综述.

| Abstract: | RNA interference (RNAi) is a post-transcriptional gene silencing. With RNAi technique, we can spe-cially reject or shut off the expression of certain genes and thereby provide a new therapy for maligant tumors. In this pa-per, the mechanism of RNAi, the target and related clinical applications are reviewed. |
