| 摘 要： | 乡村医生是农民基本医疗和预防保健服务的提供者，为农村经济发展与社会和谐提供了有力的健康保障。由于历史的原因．乡村医生这个特殊群体一直被政府和社会忽视。基于乡村医生生存和发展的视角对乡村医生的现状和面临的困难进行考察．发现在已建立的新型农村卫生体制下，乡村医生普遍面临报酬偏低、养老保障缺失、执业考试门槛高等困境。分析以往的研究和目前一些地方的改革实践认为．只有解决了乡村医生的身份定位问题，才能从根本上改善他们的状况。

| Abstract: | The rural doctors are the basic medical and preventive health services providers for farmers and they provide an effective health protection to rural economic development and socialharmony. Due to historical reasons, this special group has been ignored by government and society.From the Angle of survival and development, the current situation and difficulties the rural doctors have,to face are inspected. It is found that village doctors in China are generally faced with low pay,lackof old-age security, and the practice exam threshold high in the new rural health system.Based on the analysis of the previous research and current reform practice in some areas, onlyaddressing the status localization of rural doctors can improve their situation fundamentally. |
