活血疏肝汤加氢醌霜治疗气滞血瘀型黄褐斑45例临床观察

目的:探讨活血疏肝汤治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及作用机理.方法:80例患者随机分为治疗组45例与对照组35例,两组均用相同的外用药3%氢醌霜,治疗组口服中药活血疏肝汤,对照组口服维生素C、维生素E.观察两组临床疗效及治愈时间,并检测治疗前后性激素水平.结果:治疗组总有效率66.7%,明显优于对照组(P＜0.01),治疗组治疗后雌二醇(E 2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平明显改善,显著优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:活血疏肝汤具有调整脏腑功能、调节内分泌、稳定机体内环境、改善皮肤营养等作用.

Clinical Observation on 45 Cases of Chloasma of Type of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Treated with Huoxue Shugan Decoction Plus Qingkunshuang

Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect and the mechanism of Huoxue Shugan Decoction for treatment of chloama. Methods:80 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group of 45 cases and a control group of 35 cases.They were all treated with external application of 3% Qingkunshuang.Oral administration of Huoxue Shugan Decoction was added to the treatment group and vitamin C and E were added to the control group.Their total therapeutic effects and time for curing were observed and level of hormones before and after treatment were detected.Results:The total effective rate was 66.7% in the treatment group, significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and after treatment estradiol(E_2),follicule-stimulating hormone (FSH)and luteotropic hormone(LH)level remarkably improved,significantly superior to the control group(both P<0.01). Conclusion:Huoxue Shugan Decoction can regulate functions of the viscera and endocrine,stabilize internal environment and increase nutrition of the skin.
