| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨频谱水对大鼠白介素 1、6(IL 1、IL 6)和白细胞行为的影响。方法 :静脉内注入内毒素造成炎症刺激模型 ,用生化方法检测血浆IL 1、IL 6的含量 ,用活体方法观察白细胞粘附、游出行为。结果 :实验组大鼠饮用频谱水 30、60天后 ,血浆IL 1、IL 6的含量比对照组高 ,白细胞粘附、游出的数量比对照组明显减少。对照组大鼠白细胞粘附、游出的数量较实验组明显增多 ,而血浆中IL 1、IL 6的含量比实验组低。结论 :频谱水能够提高血浆IL 1、IL 6的含量 ,显著减轻白细胞粘附及游出。 |

| Abstract: | To study effects of frequency spectrum water on interleukin 1(IL 1)?interleukin 6(IL 6) and leukocytes behavior in venule in rats.Method: The model of inflammation formation were made by injecti on endotoxin in venule in rats.IL 1?IL 6 of plasma and the behavior of leukoc ytes adhesion and migrated out the wall of venule were observed under microscope in vivo.Results: In experiment group,IL 1?IL 6 was obviously increase d,leukocytes adhesion and migration were obviously lightened than control group in venule after 30 and 60 day.Leukocytes adhesion and migrated out the wall was obvious increased than the experiment group after 30 and 60 day in control group ,but the IL 1?IL 6 was reduced after 30 and 60 day. Conclusion: Frequency spectrum water could imcreased IL 1?IL 6 of plasma and prevented leukocyte adhesion?lighten leukocyte migrated out in venule. |
