超声在良恶性骨肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值

目的 应用二维及彩色多普勒超声观察骨肿瘤的声像图特点,探讨超声在诊断骨肿瘤中的应用价值.方法 超声观察46例骨肿瘤患者,记录其声像图的表现.结果 骨肉瘤和骨软骨瘤具有特征性超声表现.良性骨肿瘤血供少,动脉血流速低;恶性骨肿瘤血供丰富,动脉血流速高.结论 超声能有效鉴别良恶性骨肿瘤,具有重要的临床应用价值

Application value of ultrasound in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant bone tumors

Objective To analyze the two - dimensional and color Doppler uhrasonic sonogram characteristics of bone tumors, and to explore the application value of ultrasound in diagnosis of bone tumors. Methods Forty - six patients with bone tumors were examined by ultrasound, their sonogram appearance was recorded. Results Osteoseareoma and osteochondroma had specific uhrasonographic features. The blood flow supply was rare and the velocity of the arteries was low in benign tumors, while the blood flow supply was abundant, and the velocity of arteries was high in malignant tumors. Conclusion Uhrasonography can differentiate benign and malignant bone tumors, it has important value in clinical application.
