| 摘 要： | 本文报道了于利凡诺尔中期引产(以下简称中引)给药前应用硫酸普拉酮钠静注3天,以软化宫颈,共100例,全部成功。产程时间为8士2.44,对照组为16士2.91,有显著差异。实践证实,由于宫颈被软化而提高了引产成功率并明显地缩短了产程时间。

| Abstract: | This article reported that the clinical data of 100 cases of intravenous injection sodium prasterone sulfate to malacosis the neck of ^uterus in the three days before midtrimester indution of labor (MIL) by rivanol all succeeded.The stages of labor time was 8+2.44 hours, and the control group was 16+2.91 hours.The difference was significant. Experiments proved:Being malacosised the neck of uterus , the rate of success on induced labor was risen and decurtated the stage of labor time evidently. |
