茶碱缓释片联合卡托普利治疗慢性肺心病的疗效观察

目的探讨茶碱缓释片联合卡托普利治疗慢性肺心病的临床效果。方法将在我院治疗的慢性肺心病患者70例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗措施,观察组在对照组的基础上给予茶碱缓释片联合卡托普利治疗。结果两组治疗后PEF均明显优于治疗前,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组PEF明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为97.14%,对照组为74.29%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论茶碱缓释片联合卡托普利治疗慢性肺心病的疗效显著,值得应用。

Observation on Effect of Theophylline Sustained-release Tablets Combined with Captopril in Treatment of Chronic Cardiopulmonary Disease

Objective To investigate the effect of theophylline sustained-release tablets combined with captopril in treatment of chronic cardiopulmonary disease.Methods 70 cases of patients with chronic cardiopulmonary disease were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received the treatment with normal therapeutic measures,and the observation group received the treatment of theophylline sustained-release tablets combined with captopril.Results The levels of PEF in the two groups after treatment were superior to those before treatment (P <0.05).The level of PEF in the observation group after treatment was superior to that in the control group (P <0.05).The total effective rate was 97.14% in the observation group and 74.29% in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05).There were no obvious adverse drug reactions in the two groups.Conclusion The effect of theophylline sustained-release tablets combined with captopril in treatment of chronic cardiopulmonary disease is obvious,which is worthy of wide application.
