| 摘 要： | 目的总结全胃切除后消化道重建手术经验,减少术后并发症、提高患者生存质量。方法回顾分析我院56例经腹行全胃切除空肠三腔代胃术患者临床资料。结果术后出现食管吻合口裂漏1例、食管吻合口狭窄2例、无胃综合症6例、营养不良9例,全组无死亡病例。结论本术式具有抗反流、模拟胃腔储存、促进吸收等优点,并发症较少,值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the surgical experience of digestive tract reconstruction after total gastrectomy,reduce complications,improve the patients' quality of life.Methods The clinical data of 56 patients with transabdominal total gastrectomy and jejunal three-cavity gastric surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results After the operation,one case was with anastomotic leakage in esophageal cleft,2 cases with esophageal anastomotic stenosis,6 cases with non-gastric syndrome,9 cases with malnutrition,with no deaths.Conclusion This operation has the advantages of anti-reflux,simulated stomach storage,promoting absorption and fewer complications,which is worth promoting. |
