| 摘 要： | 目的探讨全程病人自控硬膜外镇痛(PCEA)用于分娩镇痛以及对产程及分娩结局的影响。方法产妇分为镇痛组和对照组,每组120例,镇痛组产妇进入活跃期后采用病人自控硬膜外镇痛,对照组不采用镇痛分娩。结果应用病人自控硬膜外镇痛(PCEA)的产妇的血压、脉搏、呼吸、产后出血,新生儿Apgar's评分与对照组无显著性差异。镇痛效果确切,还可一定程度上减少剖宫产率。结论全程PCEA用于分娩镇痛效果满意,对母婴均无明显不良影响,安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore throughout patient-controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA) on labor analgesia,and the impact of throughout PCEA on labor progress and delivery mode.Methods Parturients were divided into analgesia group and control group with 120 cases in each group.The analgesia group received throughout PECA,the control group did not use labor analgesia.The analgesia group used throughout PCEA when their cerical dilation was 3 cm.Rusult The blood pressure,pulse rate,breathing,postpartum hemorrhage,neonate Apgar's scores had no significant diference between the two groups.The outcome was significant and certain,and the rate of cesarean section could be reduced.Conclusion Patient-controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA) is an effective technique for labor analgesia.It is safe for both mothers and neonates,and can be used on large scale for labor analgesia. |
