| 摘 要： | 目的观察米非司配伍米索前列醇用于终止中期妊娠的效果及安全性。方法对于487例孕12～18周的妊娠妇女,用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠,每天早、晚9时空腹口服米非司酮25mg,首次加倍,连服两天,第三天早晨6时空腹服用米非司酮25mg,第三天早晨8时阴道置入米索前列醇0.6mg,在使用米索前列醇6小时后无宫缩则重复用药一次,进行药物流产观察。结果 487例患者中,392例完全流产(80.5%),79例不完全流产(16.2%),16例失败(3.3%)。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇可成功终止12～18周的中期妊娠,有效率高,安全性好。

Clinical Observation of Mifepristone Compatible with Misoprostol to Terminate Midtrimester Pregnancy |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect and safety of mifepristone and misoprostol to terminate midtrimester pregnancy.Methods Compatibility of mifepristone and misoprostol was used to terminate pregnancy of 487 cases who were pregnant for 12 ~ 18 weeks.To take 25 mg of mifepristone orally with empty stomach at 9 am and 9 pm every day,double the quantity for the first time and keep 2 days.On the 3rd day to take 25 mg of mifepristone orally with empty stomach at 6 am,put 0.6 mg of misoprostol into vagina at 8 am,repeat if no contraction was detected for 6 hours after misoprostol was used.To observe the results of abortion by drugs.Results 392 cases out of 487 cases were observed to be complete abortion(80.5%),79 cases were incomplete abortion(16.2%),and 16 cases failed(3.3%).Conclusion Compatibility of mifepristone and misoprostol can be used to terminate midtrimester pregnancy of 12 ~ 18 weeks.This efficiency is high and the safety is good. |
