| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高血压脑出血微创手术治疗的方法及疗效。方法对105例高血压脑出血患者采用微创手术清除血肿,术后随访6个月,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后死亡19例,存活86例(81.9%)。存活的86例患者平均随访6个月,按照日常活动能力(ADL)分级:Ⅰ级13例;Ⅱ级22例;Ⅲ级26例;Ⅳ级19例;Ⅴ级6例。结论对高血压脑出血患者选择合适的手术时机和手术方式是提高患者术后生存质量,降低致残率和病死率的关键。 |

Minimally Invasive Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods and efficacy of minimally invasive surgery treatment for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Clinical data of 105 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated with minimally invasive surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results 19 cases died after operation,the following-up for 6 months showed that according to ADL classification,gradeⅠwas 13 cases,gradeⅡwas 22 cases,grade Ⅲ was 26 cases,grade Ⅳ was 19 cases,grade Ⅴ was 6 cases.Conclusion Choosing right operating methods as well as operating opportunity is very important to improve the survival quality of patients and to decrease the disability rate and the death rate. |
