晚期食管癌FP方案时辰化疗近期疗效观察

目的观察FP方案时辰化疗治疗晚期食管癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法将晚期或接受过手术或放疗后复发的食管癌患者80例随机分为2组，每组40例，时辰化疗组接受FP方案时辰化疗，而常规化疗组接受常规FP方案化疗。比较观察2组化疗近期疗效及毒副反应。结果时辰化疗组和常规化疗组总有效率分别为45．0％和22．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。时辰化疗组Ⅱ度或以上恶心呕吐、白细胞减少及血小板减少的发生率低于常规化疗组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论FP方案时辰化疗是晚期食管癌的一种有高效低毒的治疗方案。

The Short-term Effect of FP Regimen Chrono-chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Esophageal Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the short-term effect and toxicities of FP regimen chrono-chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods Eighty patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups. Forty patients of the chrono-chemotherapy group received the EP regimen chrono- chemotherapy, and 40 patients of the routine-chemotherapy group received the routine chemotherapy. The effect and toxicities of the two groups were evaluated respectively. Results The total response rate was 45.0% of the chrono- chemotherapy group, and was 22.5% of the routine-chemotherapy group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidences of nausea and vomiting with Ⅱ degrees or more,leucopenia with Ⅱ degrees or more,thrombocytopenia with Ⅱ degrees or more of the chrono-chemotherapy group were lower those of the routine-chemotherapy group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion FP regimen chrono-chemotherapy has the high efficiency and low toxicities in the treatment of advanced esophageal car- cinoma.
