参麦注射液致过敏性休克24例文献分析

目的：探讨参麦注射液致过敏性休克的因素、规律和特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：检索1998年1月—2014年12月相关数据库中收载涉及参麦注射液致过敏性休克的病例资料，对获得24例过敏性休克病例相关信息进行分类、统计和分析。结果：参麦注射液致过敏性休克以循环系统损害为主；静脉滴注为常见给药途径；5%葡萄糖注射液为主要稀释溶媒；24例病例经治疗后均恢复正常。结论：应当合理使用参麦注射液，以有效避免和减少过敏性休克的发生。

Document analysis of 24 Cases of allergic shock induced by shenmai injection

Objective:To investigate the risk factors and features of allergic shock induced by Shenmai Injection,and to Provide a reference for rational drug use in the clinic. Methods:Twenty four cases of allergic shock induced by Shenmai Injection were re-trieved from related database during the Period from January 1998 to December 2014. ,and then classified and analyzed statistical-ly. Results:The manifestations of 24 cases of allergic shock induced by Shenmai Injection were circulatory system imPaired. Intra-venous driPPing was the main administration route,and 5% Glucose Injection was mainly used as dilution solvent. All of 24 cases were recovered after treatment. Conclusions:The rational use of Shenmai Injection should be emPhasized to avoid or reduce the in-cidence of allergic shock.
