claudin-1、claudin-4在子宫内膜癌的表达及其意义

目的：探讨claudin-1、claudin-4在子宫内膜癌的表达及其子宫内膜癌与临床病理参数之间关系。方法：采用免疫组化S-P法检测claudin-1、claudin-4在52例子宫内膜癌、24例子宫内膜非典型增生及19例增生期子宫内膜的表达,并与病理参数作相关分析。结果：在增生期子宫内膜、子宫内膜非典型增生、子宫内膜癌中,claudin-1阳性表达率分别为89.5%、66.7%、63.5%,呈下降趋势,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.005）;claudin-4阳性表达率分别为36.8%、70.8%、90.4%,呈增高趋势,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.005）。claudin-1表达与癌组织分级、病理分期、肌层浸润深度、有否淋巴结转移及组织学类型均无关;claudin-4表达与癌组织肌层浸润深度有关,与以上其他病理参数无关。结论：claudin-1低表达、claudin-4高表达可能对子宫内膜癌发生、发展具有促进作用,两者在子宫内膜癌诊断、治疗和预后等方面具有潜在的应用价值。

Expression of claudin-1 and claudin-4 in endometrial carcinomas and its significance
