硫氧还蛋白还原酶在不同类型及分期的肺癌中表达的相关分析

目的：比较不同病理类型及分期肺癌患者中硫氧还蛋白还原酶（ TrxR）活性的表达水平。方法以健康成年人为对照，通过测定肺癌患者（不同类型及分期）空腹血清TrxR活性表达的水平。结果肺癌血清中TrxR活性表达水平明显高于正常人群，小细胞肺癌与鳞癌、腺癌血清中TrxR活性表达水平比较差异均非常显著，而鳞癌及腺癌组之间相比差异无统计学意义，Ⅲ～Ⅵ期肺癌血清TrxR活性表达水平显著高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期肺癌，肺癌伴有淋巴结及远处浸润转移者TrxR活性表达水平明显高于无淋巴结及远处浸润转移者。结论 TrxR活性表达水平与肺癌的病理类型、临床分期、有无淋巴及远处转移有关，尤其是小细胞肺癌伴有淋巴结及远处浸润转移中过度表达TrxR，提示其活性表达水平与肿瘤细胞的恶性程度、增殖力及转移力有着密切的关系，可作为辅助判断肺癌进程或治疗效果评价的指标。

The Expression of Thioredoxin Reductase in Lung Cancer in Different Types and Stages

Objective To study the expression of thioredoxin reductase （ TrxR ） in lung cancer in different types and stages .Methods The expression levels of TrxR in lung cancer in different types and stages were measured . The healthy adults were enrolled for the control group .Results Compared to the control group ,the expressions of TrxR in patients with lung control noted significantly higher .And those among small cell lung cancer ,squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma showed significant difference .There was no statistical difference between squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma .The expressions of TrxR in patients with lung cancer in Ⅲ-Ⅳstage were higher ,as well as those in patients with lung cancer accompanied with lymph nodes and distant invasion .Conclusion The expressions of TrxR are related to histological type ,clinical stage of lung cancer ,lymph node and distant metastasis .It indicates that the expres-sions of TrxR are closed assocated with the degree of malignancy ,the proliferation and metastasis of force of tumor ,which Overexpression of TrxR in small cell lung cancer accompanied with lymph nodes and distant invasion was found .So the expressions of TrxR can be an index for process and treatment of lung cancer .
