点灸联合仙人掌外敷治疗流行性腮腺炎临床观察

目的观察点灸联合仙人掌外敷治疗流行性腮腺炎的治疗效果。方法将66例流行性腮腺炎患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组,每组33例。观察组采用点灸联合仙人掌外敷,对照组采用利巴韦林静脉滴注。治疗5 d后进行疗效评定,并观察两组退热时间、肿胀消失时间、疼痛消失时间。结果观察组平均退热时间、肿胀消失时间、疼痛消失时间分别为(1.89±1.01)d、(3.69±0.78)d、(2.51±0.36)d,均短于对照组的(4.23±0.95)d、(6.15±1.54)d、(4.57±1.48)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治愈率和总有效率为87.9%、100.0%,明显高于对照组的51.5%、78.8%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全部病例均未见不良反应发生。结论点灸联合仙人掌外敷治疗流行性腮腺炎能减轻症状、缩短疗程,疗效显著。

Clinical Observation of Point Moxibustion Combined with External Application of Cactus for Epidemic Parotitis

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of point moxibustion plus external application of cactus in treating epidemic parotitis.Method Sixty-six patients with epidemic parotitis were randomized into two groups by the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The observation group was intervened by point moxibustion plus external application of cactus,and the control group was treated with intravenous drip of Ribavirin.The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after 5 d treatment,and the durations of fever,swelling and pain in the two groups were also observed.Result In the observation group,the mean durations of fever,swelling and pain were(1.89±1.01)d,(3.69±0.78)d and(2.51±0.36)d,respectively,shorter than(4.23±0.95)d,(6.15±1.54)d and(4.57±1.48)d in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery rate was 87.9%and the total effective rate was 100.0%in the observation group,notably higher than 51.5%and 78.8%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no subject presenting any adverse reactions.Conclusion Point moxibustion plus external application of cactus can improve symptoms,shorten treatment duration and produce significant efficacy in treating epidemic parotitis.
