64层螺旋CT冠脉成像与DSA血管造影在冠心病中的诊断价值

目的评价64层螺旋CT冠脉成像与DSA血管造影在冠心病中的诊断价值。方法选取64例冠心病患者均接受64层螺旋CT冠脉成像与DSA血管造影检查,对比两组诊断结果。结果两种检查方法在冠脉不同级别狭窄程度的检出率、节段狭窄冠脉分支的检出率不具备显著性差异,P>0.05。结论64层螺旋CT冠脉成像与DSA血管造影在冠心病疾病诊断中的结果相近,两种检查方式具有各自的应用价值,其数据可作为临床疾病鉴别和治疗的参考依据。

The Diagnostic Value of 64 Slice Spiral CT Coronary Angiography and DSA Angiography in Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 64 slice spiral CT coronary angiography and DSA angiography in coronary heart disease.Methods Sixty-four patients who had been diagnosed as coronary heart disease were selected as the focus of this study.These patients were selected to receive both of 64 slice spiral CT coronary angiography and DSA angiography,and the diagnosis results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In 64 slice spiral CT coronary angiography group,the detection rate of different levels of coronary stenosis was compared with that of DSA and exhibited no significant difference.Besides,there was no significant difference in the detection rates of segmental stenosis coronary branches between the two examination methods(P>0.05).Conclusion The results of 64 slice spiral CT coronary angiography and DSA angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease are similar.The detection data of two examination methods with different application values can be used as a reference for clinical disease identification and treatment.
