| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法测定补中益气丸中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法采用迪马公司Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(35:65),流速:1 mL.min-1;柱温:30℃;检测器:蒸发光散射检测器(Varian 385-LC)。结果黄芪甲苷在0.106 1~10.61μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,回收率大蜜丸为100.23%(RSD=1.78%,n=9),小蜜丸为99.69%(RSD=1.64%,n=9)。结论本法具有良好的精密度和重现性,结果准确可靠,可作为本产品的质量控制方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Buzhong Yiqi Pills.Methods The HPLC-ELSD with the Kromasil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（35： 65） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1 and the temperature of column was 30 ℃,the detector was Varian ELSD.Results There was a good linear correlation in the range of 0.1061～10.61 μg.The recovery was 100.23%（RSD=1.78%,n=9） for big honeyed Pills,and 99.69%.（RSD=1.64%,n=9） for small honeyed Pills.Conclusion The method was reliable,accurate and reproducible,which can be applied to the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Buzhong Yiqi Pills. |
