重视新生儿窒息防治工作 降低围产新生儿死亡率

目的　实现中国儿童发展规划纲要中降低婴儿死亡率的首要目标 ,提高生命质量。方法　自 1996年起 ,吉林省妇幼保健院行政部门将做好新生儿窒息的防治工作作为评价产、儿科工作质量的重要指标 ,产、儿科合作 ,对胎儿宫内缺氧早期诊断及处理 ,同时全面实施新生儿窒息新法复苏技术。结果　新生儿窒息病死率下降 10 0 %。新生儿窒息发生率、重度窒息发生率 ,窒息儿病死率、围产新生儿死亡率等经 SPSS统计软件处理显示差异有显著或极显著意义。结论　全面做好新生儿窒息防治工作是围产医学系统工程管理的重要组成部分 ,行政部门从理论到实践的高度重视 ,加强科学管理 ,是坚持推广普及应用新技术 ,实现降低新生儿窒息的发生率、病死率和围产新生儿死亡率的关键。

Pay attention to prevention and treatment of neonatal asphyxia to reduce the incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia and mortality of perinatal neonatal

Object: Through realizing reduction of infants' mortality of the Chinese Children Development Project Outline, which is the practical target, to improve the life quality. Method: Since 1996, the hospital administration has taken the prevention and treatment of neonatal asphyxia as the important index of evaluating obstetrical and pediatrician departments quality, by the cooperation between obstetrical and pediatrician departments to conclude early diagnosis and treat fetal anoxia in uterus, at the same time to carry out neonatal asphyxia new resuscitation program guidelines (NRPG) in full aspects. Result: The statistical results by software SPSS showed: the neonatal asphyxia mortality was reduced 100%; the incidence rates of neonatal asphyxia and severe asphyxia, the perinatal neonatal mortality were significantly decreased. Conclusion: The most important part of the perinatology managements is prevention and treatment of the neonatal asphyxia. The hospital administration focus on practice and theory, strengthen scientific management is the key of popularizing NRPG to reduce the incidence rate and mortality of neonatal asphyxia and perinatal neonatals' mortality.
