上海市郊县居民COPD相关疾病死亡率变化趋势分析

目的分析上海市崇明县COPD相关疾病死亡变化趋势。方法选择居民死亡医学证明书根本死亡原因栏填写为COPD相关疾病,年龄≥40岁的患者作为研究对象。结果 2003~2011年间,共有5505人死于COPD相关疾病,平均年龄为(81.0±8.6)岁。男性死亡率年均变化率为-7.4%,女性为-11.2%(P均0.0001)。60~69岁组,70~79岁组和80岁以上年龄组死亡率下降是导致COPD相关疾病总体死亡率下降的主要原因。慢性支气管炎、肺气肿、慢性阻塞性肺病死亡率呈显著下降趋势,而哮喘则未见明显变化。结论上海市崇明县2003~2011年间COPD相关疾病死亡率呈下降趋势。

Mortality trend of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease-related diseases in Chongming County of Shanghai

Objective To analysis the mortality trend of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） related diseases in Chongming County of Shanghai. Methods We selected all death certificates aged 40 years old or over on which COPD-related diseases were listed as the underlying cause of death. Results In 2003~2011, COPD-related diseases were listed as the underlying cause of death for a total number of 5505 deaths aged 40 years old or over, and the average age was 81.0±8.6 years old. The male annual percent change in mortality was -7.4%, and -11.2 % for female （all P〈0.0001）. The decreased mortality of senile groups, such as 60~69 years old group, 70~79 years old group and 80＋ years old group, were the major cause of the decline of total mortality. During the period, the mortality of chronic bronchitis, emphysema and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were significantly decreased, while the change of asthma was not significant. Conclusion The COPD-related mortality among residents in Chongming County of Shanghai declines from2003 to 2011.
