| 摘 要： | 目的：建立水浸洗法测定明胶空心胶囊中焦油色素含量的方法。方法采用水浸洗法将焦油色素从空心胶囊中洗脱下来，进行含量检测，并将该方法测定结果与GB／T5009．35－2003《食品中合成着色剂的测定》中测定结果比较。结果两种方法测定结果基本一致。结论水浸洗测定法简便、准确、灵敏，适用于对明胶空心胶囊中六种焦油色素的含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To develop a method of water immersing for determination of tar colorants in vacant capsules.METHODS The tar colorants were immersed by purified water and contents were determined ,then com-pare the results with that by the HPLC method in GB/T5009.35-2003.RESULTS The results were consist-ent.CONCLUSION This method of water immersing is simple ,accurate and sensitive ,it can be used for determi-nation of tar colorants in vacant capsules . |
