| 摘 要： | 良性前列腺增生(BPH)是影响男性生活质量的多发病,其发病率随年龄增高呈递增趋势,随着我国社会老人口龄化加重,患患者口将会日益增多。高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)是将超声波能量在体外定位聚焦,使局部达到高温,引起组织热损伤导致凝固性、坏死、脱落、吸收,从而达到治疗目的的治疗方式。HIFU治疗BPH安全、疗效明确,显示出良好的的应用前景,现本文将其应用现状及进展简要综述。

Current situation and development of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia |

| Abstract: | The number of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, a disease significantly affecting the quality of life in man, is increasing in China due to the aging of the elderly population. High intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is a therapy that causes thermal damage to tissue, and then coagulation, necrosis, fall off, absorption by focusing high intensive ultrasound on a certain tissue. HIFU for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is safe, effective and shows a great prosperity. This paper will review the current situation and development trend of HIFU in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. |
