摘    要:目的:建立蛇伤胶囊中可溶性砷盐的含量测定方法,为该制剂的质量控制提供参考。方法模拟人体胃肠道环境,采用人工胃液提取蛇伤胶囊中可溶性砷盐,结合紫外分光光度计进行含量测定。结果二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银( DDC-Ag)法测定可溶性砷浓度在1~9μg?mL -1范围内与吸光度呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率为97.69%,RSD=1.08%。结论建立的含量测定方法简单、灵敏、准确,重复性好,为蛇伤胶囊质量标准提升提供了实验依据。紫外分光光度法成本相对于原子分光光度法低廉,可作为医院对自制制剂中微量可溶性砷盐含量的测定的方法。

Bionic Extraction and Determination of SoIubIe Arsenic in the HospitaI Prepared Sheshang CapsuIe
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of soluble arsenic in the hospital prepared Sheshang capsule and provide reference for the quality control of the preparation .METHODS Through simulating human stomach conditions ,the soluble arsenic salt was extracted from the artificial gastric juice and determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry .RESULTS The absorbance showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1~9μg? mL-1 ( r =0.9994 ) for the soluble arsenic concentration .The average recovery was 97.69%, the RSD was 1.08%.CONCLUSION The content determination method is simple ,sensitive,accurate and reproducible ,which provides the experimental basis for the improvement of the quality of the SheShang capsule .Ultraviolet spectropho-tometry can be a method for the determination of trace amounts of soluble arsenic in the hospital preparation ,for the cost of which is lower than the atomic spectrophotometry .
