摘 要: | 细胞自噬是一种利用溶酶体对自身组成成分进行降解,将产生的有用物质予以回收利用的高度保守的细胞分解过程。在各类细胞体系中存在着低水平的自噬行为,促进细胞的生长发育,然而自噬活动不足或过度时则可诱发疾病或加重病变。阿霉素是蒽环类抗肿瘤药物,是多种肿瘤治疗的一线药物,但其心脏毒性限制了它的应用,其机制尚不清楚。有文献报道自噬活动在阿霉素诱导的心肌病中发挥重要作用,本文就细胞自噬在阿霉素诱导的扩张性心肌病中的研究进展做一综述。

Autophagy in the dilated cardiomyopathy induced by adriamycin |

Abstract: | Cell autophagy is an kind of highly conservative cell degradation process which can decompose own organelles by lysosome and have the macromolecular substances recycled. In various cell system, there are also low lev-els of autophagy activity, which has a protective effect on the myocardial cells. However, autophagy may contribute to disease or aggravate the disease when it is insufficient or excessive. Adriamycin is anthracycline-based antitumor drugs, which are widely used in the treatment of blood system malignancies and solid tumors, but its cardiac toxicity is ad-vanced and irreversibility, whose mechanism is unclear. There are more and more researches about the autophagy activi-ty which plays an important role in cardiomyopathy induced by adriamycin. This article will review the cell autophagy in dilated cardiomyopathy induced by adriamycin. |
