我国各地区儿童保健情况的系统聚类分析

目的：研究2014年我国31省份儿童保健情况及地区分布特点，为儿童保健工作规划和决策提供参考。方法整理我国各省份2014年儿童保健情况的6项相关指标，对其进行Spearman相关性分析和系统聚类分析，聚类方法采用Ward法。结果呈正相关的指标为：出生体质量<2500 g婴儿比重与新生儿访视率，新生儿访视率与3岁以下儿童系统管理率、7岁以下儿童保健管理率，3岁以下儿童系统管理率与7岁以下儿童保健管理率。呈负相关的指标为：5岁以下儿童中重度营养不良比重与新生儿访视率、3岁以下儿童系统管理率、7岁以下儿童保健管理率。5项指标均排在全国首位或末位的西藏最早聚为一类。结论我国儿童保健水平地区差异较大且分布不平衡，各地需采取相应措施，促进儿童保健工作的健康发展。

Hierarchical clustering analysis on child health care in various regions of China

Objective To study the situation of child health care and its regional distribution characteristics in 31 provinces in China in 2014, so as to provide reference for the planning and decision-making of child health care. Methods Six related indexes of child health care in 31 provinces in China in 2014 were collected and analyzed with Spearman correlation analysis and hierarchical clustering analysis using Ward's method. Results The positively corre-lated indexes were as follows:the ratio of infants with birth weight<2,500 g and visiting rate of newborns;the visiting rate of newborns and system administration rate of children under 3 years old, as well as health care administration rate of children under 7 years old;the system administration rate of children under 3 years old and health care administration rate of children under 7 years old. The negatively correlated indexes were as follows:the proportion of children under 5 years old with moderately or severe malnutrition and visiting rate of newborns, the system administration rate of children under 3 years old, and the health care administration rate of children under 7 years old. Tibet, with 5 indexes ranking first or last in Mainland China, was firstly clustered into one distinctive group. Conclusion The level of child health care in China varies greatly and its distribution is uneven. Appropriate measures should be taken to promote the healthy develop-ment of children's health care.
