摘    要:目的:建立消积丸中大黄素与大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法采用Thermo Syncronis C18色谱柱(4.6mm ×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85∶15)为流动相,流速:1.0mL· min -1,柱温:30℃,检测波长:254nm。结果大黄素和大黄酚进样量分别在0.0056~0.2236μg(r =0.9999)和0.0155~0.6207μg(r=0.9999)范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的 RSD均≤1.51%;平均加样回收率分别为99.49%、99.68%,RSD分别为0.89%、0.38%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快捷、准确,重现性好,可作为消积丸的质量控制方法。

Detemination of the Contents of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Xiaoji Pills by HPLC
Abstract:ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination the contents of emodin and chry-sophanol in Xiaoji Pills.METHODS The separation was carried out on a Thermo Syncronis C18 column (4.6mm × 250mm,5μm) with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution (85∶15).The flow rate was 1.0mL· min-1.The de-tection wavelength was 254nm.The column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS The linear ranges of emodin and chrysophanol were 0.0056~0.2236μg(r=0.9999) and 0.0155~0.6207μg(r=0.9999).The average recoveries were 99.58%and 99.68%with RSDs of 0.89%and 0.38%(n=6).RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibili-ty tests were lower than 1.51%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,quick,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the qulity control for Xiaoji Pills.
