乳腺黏液腺癌患者的临床病理特征分析

目的：探究临床乳腺黏液腺癌患者的表现症状和病理特征。方法选取我院2012年5月至2015年2月期间接诊的46例乳腺黏液腺癌患者作为研究对象，根据患者病理的组织学类型将其分为15例混合型和31例单纯型。分析所有患者的ER、NSE、PR阳性表达率和淋巴结的转移状态。结果混合型患者的ER、NSE、PR阳性表达率分别为60.00%、66.67%、53.33%，均明显低于单纯型患者的80.65%、87.10%、74.19%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；单纯型患者的淋巴结转移概率为6.45%，显著低于混合型患者的33.33%；单纯型患者一年内的生存率100.00%，显著高于混合型患者的73.33%；单纯型患者的肿瘤直径(1.42±0.21) cm，显著低于混合型患者的(3.12±0.38) cm；以上各项数据比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺黏液腺癌患者的ER、NSE、PR阳性表达率越高，肿瘤直径越小，患者淋巴结的转移发生率越少，患者的预后效果越好。

Clinical pathological characteristics of patients with mucinous adenocarcinoma of the breast

Objective To explore the clinical manifestations and pathological characteristics of patients with mucinous adenocarcinoma of the breast. Methods Fouty-six patients with mucinous breast cancer in our hospital from May 2012 to February 2015 were selected as research objects. According to the histological type of patients' pathology, the patients were divided into 15 mixed type and 31 patients with simple type. The positive expression rate and lymph node metastasis of ER, NSE, PR in all patients were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of ER, NSE and PR in mixed type patients were respectively 60.00%, 66.67%and 53.33%, which were significantly lower than those in simple type of 80.65%, 87.10%and 74.19%(P<0.05). The probability of lymph node metastasis in simple type (6.45%) was significantly lower than that in mixed type of 33.33%. The one year survival rate of patients in simple type (100.00%) was significantly higher than that in mixed type of 73.33%. The tumor diameter of patients in simple type (1.42±0.21) cm was significantly lower than that in mixed type of (3.12±0.38) cm. The above data were statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05). Conclusion Higher positive expression rate of ER, NSE and PR in patients with mucinous adenocar-cinoma of the breast is correlated with smaller diameter of the tumor, lower incidence of lymph node metastasis, and bet-ter prognosis of patients.
