摘    要:目的:研究中药土萆薢的化学成分.方法:主要采用有机溶剂提取,硅胶柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化常数和红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振等波谱数据进行结构鉴定.结果:得到四个化合物,分别鉴定为正二十烷酸(eicosanoic acid,I)、对羟基苯甲酸(4-hydroxybenzoic acid,Ⅱ)、大黄酸(rhein,Ⅲ)和β-谷甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside,Ⅳ).结论:化合物Ⅰ为首次从该植物中分离得到.

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Heterosmilax Japanica Kunth

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Heterosmilax japonica Kunth.Methods:The compounds were extracted by organic solvent and separated with chromatography.Their chemical structures were elucidated by means of physical﹠chemical constant and IR、MS、NMR spectral method respectively.Results:Four compounds were isolated from the plant.They were identified as eicosanoic acid(Ⅰ),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(Ⅱ),rhein(Ⅲ) and β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅳ).Conclusion:Compound(Ⅰ) was isolated from the plant for the first time.
