| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨彩色多普勒超声对Budd-Chiari综合征（BCS）的诊断价值。方法]回顾分析我院2001-2006年经下腔静脉造影证实的22例BCS的彩色多普勒超声表现。结果]15例下腔静脉膜性阻塞,5例下腔静脉血栓性阻塞,2例单纯肝静脉阻塞。彩色多普勒超声对其中21例作出正确诊断,漏诊1例,诊断符合率为95%。结论]彩色多普勒超声可以准确诊断病变的位置、性质以及程度,而且具有无创、简便、价廉、无辐射等优势,可以作为本病的首选影像诊断方法。

| Abstract: | 22 cases of BCS were examined by color doppler sonography and confirmed by inferior cavography. The results were analyzed retrospectively. Results] 15 cases had membranous obstruction, 5 cases had thrombosis obstruction, 2 casee involved three hepatic vines only. Among them, 21 cases were confirmed by color doppler sonography, and 1 case was missed diagnosised. The accurate rate of color doppler sonography was 95 %. Conclusions] Color doppler sonography could clearly reveal the vascular position of vascular obstruction , degree and extent, and it is noninvasive and cheap . It should be firstly selected as the diagnostic method for BCS. |
