摘    要:目的探讨早期功能锻炼对血液透析患者动静脉内瘘成熟的影响。方法将80例患者随机分为功能训练组(锻炼组)与对照组各40例,对照组患者动静脉内瘘(AVF)术后行传统健康教育及常规护理。锻炼组术后在健康教育及常规护理基础上实施系统性行功能锻练。比较2组患者首次穿刺成功率、透析时的血流量及透析后并发症发生情况。结果 2个月后锻炼组与对照组,在AVF术后首次穿刺成功率分别为97.5%和75.0%,透析时的血流量分别为(235±11.87)和(198±11.42)ml/min,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01);锻炼组穿刺后的并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论早期系统性功能锻炼对于AVF术后血液透析患者,可促进内瘘发育成熟,增加了血液透析患者的血流量,提高首次穿刺成功率,减少术后并发症的发生,为血液透析治疗顺利进行提供了保障。

Abstract: Objective ] To study the effect of early functional exercise on arteriovenous fistula maturation of patients with hemodialysis. Methods]80 patients were randomly divided into the functional exercise group (exercise group} and the control group, 40 cases in each group. After arteriovenous fistula ( AVF ) surgery, the control group was given traditional health education and routine nursing care, and the exercise group received the systematic functional exercise on the basis of health education and routine nursing care. The success rate of first puncture, blood flow volume of hemodialysis and incidence rate of complications between two groups were compared. Results ] After two months of exercise, the success rate of first puncture after AVF surgery in the exercise group and the control group was 97.5% and 75.0% respectively, the blood flow volume of hemodialysis was respectively { 235 ± 11.87 ) ml/min and ( 198 ± 11.42 } ml/min, and the differences were significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). The incidence rate of complications of the exercise group was lower than that of the control group, but the differences was not significant { P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion ] For patients with hemodialysis after AVF surgery, early systemic functional exercise can promote fistula maturation, increase the blood flow volume of patients, enhance the success rate of first puncture, and reduce the postoperative complications, and it provides a guarantee for the hemedialysis treatment.
