高压氧对中重度急性一氧化碳中毒的疗效及对其迟发性脑病的预防

摘    要:目的观察早期应用高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒的疗效,及其对迟发性脑病的预防。方法治疗组选择内蒙古医学院第一附属医院2004—2010年资料较完整、尽早采用高压氧治疗患者96例,对照组为2004年以前未经高压氧治疗患者132例,2组在治疗上除高压氧不同外,其他治疗:如大量持续吸氧、降颅压、保护脑细胞、活血化瘀改善微循环等均相同。结果治疗组在昏迷时间及迟发性脑病的发生上显著低于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论早期应用高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒疗效好,并能降低其迟发性脑病的发生。

Abstract:[Objective]To observe the curative effect of early application of hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning,and the preventive effect of delayed encephalopathy.[Methods]96 patients who were treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy as soon as possible and had complete information in the First Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical College from 2004-2010 were selected as the treatment group.132 patients who were not given the hyperbaric oxygen therapy before 2004 were collected as the control group.Except the hyperbaric oxygen therapy,two groups received the same treatment,including large number of continuous oxygen inhalation,reducing the intracranial pressure,protecting the brain cells,and improving microcirculation.[Results]The coma duration and incidence rate of delayed encephalopathy of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between two groups was significant(P0.05).[Conclusion]Early application of hyperbaric oxygen for acute carbon monoxide poisoning is effective,and it can reduce the incidence of delayed encephalopathy.
