低体重先天性心脏病婴儿的术后监护

目的总结5 kg以下低体重先天性心脏病婴儿术后护理的特点,从而掌握正确科学的监护方法,使患儿顺利度过术后危险期,以提高手术成功率。方法对清华大学第一附医院心脏中心80例5 kg以下的先天性心脏病婴儿术后监护经验进行总结。结果该组患儿有4例死亡,其余患儿均恢复良好。结论术后严密监测循环系统,维护心功能,加强呼吸道护理,尽早营养支持,做好胃肠道护理,可减少并发症,提高手术成功率。

Postoperative care for infants with congenital heart disease

[Objective]To summarize the characteristics of postoperative care in low birth weight（under 5 kg） infants with congenital heart disease,master correct and scientific care methods,help patients successful pass the dangerous period,and increase the success rate of operation.[Methods]The experiences of postoperative care in 80 low birth weight（under 5 kg） infants with congenital heart disease in Centre for Heart Diseases of First Affiliated Hospital of Tsinghua University were summarized.[Results]There were 4 death cases,and rest patients recovered well.[Conclusion]It is necessary to closely monitor the circulation system,support the heart function,strengthen the respiratory tract nursing,early carry out the nutritional support and do well the gastrointestinal tract nursing,so as to reduce the complications and increase the success rate of operation.
