钠曲线联合超滤曲线透析模式预防血液透析中发生低血压的效果观察

目的探讨钠曲线联合超滤曲线透析模式预防血液透析中低血压发生的效果。方法将22例行血液透析的患者平均分为两组,对照组采用常规模式进行透析、观察组采用钠曲线联合超滤曲线模式进行透析,观察比较两组在透析的不同时间血压变化情况、发生低血压的例次数及血容量下降和超滤量情况。结果在透析后3h、4h时,观察组患者血压变化较对照组稳定,发生低血压的例次数明显少于对照组,血容量下降和超滤量也低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论钠曲线联合超滤曲线透析模式能提高患者的耐受性,可有效预防血液透析中低血压的发生,且有利于充分脱水,值得临床广泛使用。

Curve of sodium and ultrafiltration curve to prevent the effect of hemodialysis hypotension observed

Objective Curve of sodium and ultrafiltration curve to prevent the occurrence of hypotension during hemodialysis.Methods Looking back to our hospital for hemodialysis patients.All the patients were divided into control group and observation group.The two groups in gender,age,illness,etc.There was no significant difference between comparable.Control group in the conventional mode of dialysis,the observation group using sodium curve and the curve pattern ultrafiltration dialysis.Two groups were compared at different times of the changes in blood pressure,low blood pressure the number of cases and the number of patients,the decline in blood volume and the amount of ultrafiltration.Results 3 h and 4 h observation group than the control group changes in blood pressure stability,Number of cases of hypotension and the number of significantly less than the control group,Decreased blood volume,and ultrafiltration was significantly lower than the control group,the significant difference.Conclusion Curve of sodium and ultrafiltration curve model can improve the patient’s tolerance,the prevention of hypotension,is conducive to fully dehydrated,it is widely used in clinical.
