2007—2010年深圳市龙岗布吉辖区托幼机构消毒质量监测

目的了解深圳市龙岗区布吉辖区托幼机构消毒质量,促进托幼机构消毒工作规范有效的开展,为托幼机构内各类传染病的预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法,依据《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB 15982-1995)和卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)的规定要求,对深圳市龙岗布吉辖区266所托幼机构消毒效果进行连续监测,监测结果按《消毒与灭菌评价方法及标准》(GB 15981-1995)进行评价。结果 2007—2010年共对辖区内266所托幼机构开展了消毒效果的监测。消毒质量合格率依次为78.0%、83.3%、91.8%和95.2%;各消毒监测项目监测结果合格率依次为餐用具97.6%,使用中消毒液95.8%,紫外线灯92.0%,物体表面91.2%,室内空气89.2%,玩具90.0%,教职员工手67.3%。结论深圳市龙岗布吉辖区托幼机构的消毒质量整体状况较好,合格率呈逐年上升的趋势,教职员工手污染问题应引起重视,需要加强消毒知识培训和监督管理。

Monitoring of disinfection quality in kindergartens and nurseries in Buji Street of Longgang District of Shenzhen from 2007-2010

Objective]To understand the quality of disinfection in nurseries and kindergartens in Buji Street of Longgang District of Shenzhen City,improve the normative and effective implementation of disinfection work,and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of infectious diseases in nurseries and kindergartens.Methods]By using field survey and sampling examination,according to the requirement of the Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals（GB 15982-1995） and Technical standard for disinfection（2002 edition,Ministry of Health）,the disinfection effect of 266 nurseries and kindergartens in Buji Street of Longgang District of Shenzhen City was monitored continuously,and the monitoring results was assessed according to the Evaluating method and standard for efficacy of disinfection and sterilization（GB 15981-1995）.Results]During 2007-2010,the monitoring of disinfection effect was conducted in 266 nurseries and kindergartens in Buji street,and the qualified rate of disinfection was 78.0%,83.3%,91.8% and 95.2%,respectively.The qualified rate of tableware,disinfectant solution in use,ultraviolet lamp,object surface,indoor air,toys,and hands of employees was 97.6%,95.8%,92.0%,91.2%,89.2%,90.0% and 67.3%,respectively.Conclusion]The quality of disinfection in nurseries and kindergartens in Buji street of Longgang District of Shenzhen City is good basically,and the qualified rate has increased year by year.It is essential to pay attention to the contamination of hands of the employees,and strengthen the training and supervision of disinfection.
