慢性职业中毒患者的心理护理研究进展

目的慢性职业中毒是长期接触较小剂量毒物后,缓慢产生的中毒病变。其特点为潜伏期长、起病缓慢;病情具有反复性、持续性,可引起多系统损害并难以治愈。患者具有抑郁、焦虑、怨恨不满、多疑、易激惹、孤独无助和获益心理,对性功能及生育能力担心。护理对策有创造良好的就医环境、建立良好的医患关系、因人施治、适当的心理治疗和体能锻炼、发挥患者家属及其单位的作用、正确传递职业病诊断的信息、政策宣传等。

Research progress on psychological nursing in patients with chronic occupational poisoning

The chronic occupational poisoning is due to long-term contact with low dose toxicant,it has the characteristics of long latency,slow onset,high relapse rate and persistence,which can cause multisystem damage and be hard to cure.Most of patients have depression,anxiety,resentment and dissatisfaction,suspicions,irritability,loneliness,helplessness and secondary gain,as well as worry about sexual function and reproductive ability.The nursing care can create good medical environment,establish harmonious doctor-patient relationship,implement the individual treatment,psychotherapy and exercises,help patients＇ families play their role,and correctly transfer the diagnostic information and policy.
