2010年广西中小学生龋齿患病现状及流行趋势

目的分析广西壮族自治区2010年中小学生龋病的流行现状,为制定防龋措施提供依据。方法对2010年广西壮族自治区中小学生体质健康监测资料中5 954名中小学生龋齿患病情况进行分析。结果乳牙龋患率为52.1%,随年龄增长而下降(P0.01);恒牙龋患率为37.4%,随年龄增长而上升(P0.01);乳、恒牙的龋患率皆为乡村高于城市;壮族高于汉族和瑶族;乳龋患率差异无统计学意义,恒龋患率为女生高于男生。相同年龄组2010年与1995年相比,乳、恒牙龋患率总体呈上升趋势(P0.01);失补构成比中,龋补率仍然处于较低水平,乡村学生和瑶族学生尤其严重。结论针对目前主要问题,今后防龋工作的重点仍然是乡村和少数民族地区,应加强乡村学校口腔保健投入力度,建立健全学校口腔保健网等。

Present situation and epidemic trend of dental caries among primary and middle school students in Guangxi in 2010

[Objective]To analyze the present situation of dental caries among primary and middle school students in Guangxi in 2010,provide the basis for developing the caries prevention measures.[Methods]The data of dental caries of 5 954 primary and middle school students from the student physical health monitoring in Guangxi in 2010 were analyzed.[Results]The caries rate of primary teeth was 52.1%,which decreased with increasing age（P〈0.01）.The caries rate of permanent teeth was 37.4%,which increased with increasing age（P〈0.01）.The caries rates of primary teeth and permanent teeth in rural areas were higher than those in urban areas.The caries rates of Zhuang nationality students were higher than those of Han nationality and Yao nationality students.There was no significant difference in caries rate of primary teeth,and the caries rate of permanent teeth in girls was higher than that in boys.In same age group,the caries rates of primary teeth and permanent teeth showed a rising trend during 1995 and 2010（P〈0.01）.The caries filling rate was low,especially in rural students and Yao nationality students.[Conclusion]According to the main problems at present,the keys of caries prevention still are rural areas and minority nationality regions in the future.It is necessary to strengthen the investment for oral health care in rural schools,as well as establish and perfect the school oral health care system.
