2007—2011年天津市宁河县艾滋病的流行特征

目的了解天津市宁河县艾滋病(AIDS)流行趋势,探讨防治措施。方法对2007—2011年宁河县AIDS的流行病学监测资料进行调查分析。结果 2007—2011年宁河县累计发现艾滋病病毒(HIV)/AIDS 18例,其中AIDS患者11例,死亡3例;HIV感染者7例,死亡1例;18例HIV/AIDS中男性12例,女性6例,男女比例2∶1;外出打工农民占33.33%,其次是干部,占22.22%,家务、医生、无业各占11.11%,工人、不详各占5.56%;经性、吸毒、血液及不详途径传播分别占77.77%、5.56%、5.56%、11.11%。结论宁河县HIV/AIDS呈上升趋势,报告人数逐年增多,应进一步加强对高危人群和一般人群进行AIDS知识的宣传教育和行为干预工作,减少高危性行为,大力开展自愿咨询检测(VCT)服务,有效预防控制AIDS。

Epidemiological characteristics of AIDS in Ninghe County of Tianjin from 2007-2011

Objective]To understand the epidemic trend of AIDS in Ninghe County of Tianjin,discuss the prevention and control measures.Methods]The data of AIDS epidemiological surveillance in Ninghe County from 2007-2011 were investigated and analyzed.Results]A total of 18 cases of HIV infection and AIDS were reported in Ninghe County from 2007-2011,there were 11 AIDS patients with 3death cases and 7 HIV infections with 1 death case.Among 18 cases of HIV infection and AIDS,there were 12 male cases and 6 female cases,and the ratio of male-to-female was 2∶ 1.33.33% of cases were peasant workers,followed by cadres（22.22%）,housework（11.11%）,doctors（11.11%）,jobless（11.11%）,workers（5.56%） and unknown（5.56%）.The sexual transmission,drug abuse,blood transmission and unknown route accounted for 77.77%,5.56%,5.56% and 11.11%,respectively.Conclusion]The incidence rate of HIV infection and AIDS shows a rising trend in Ninghe county,the report cases have increased year by year.It is essential to further strengthen the HIV/AIDS education and behavior intervention among high-risk groups and the general population,reduce the high-risk sexual behavior,and actively develop voluntary counseling and testing（VCT） service,so as to effectively prevent and control AIDS.
