UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪在管型检测中的应用价值

目的分析SYSMEX UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪(简称UF-1000i)检测尿液中透明管型及病理管型的临床应用价值。方法用UF-1000i与显微镜同时检测448个患者晨尿标本,以显微镜检结果为标准,对UF-1000i检测的总管型、透明管型及病理管型定量结果进行分析。结果 UF-1000i检测总管型的结果与显微镜法相比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);其中UF-1000i检测透明管型与显微镜检比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);而病理管型检测与镜检法差异无著统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 UF-1000i对尿液中有形成分尤其是管型检测操作简单,敏感性高,对于病理管型的检测较为准确,但由于尿液标本检测受到诸多因素影响,UF-1000i仅作初筛检测和治疗监控,有较高的临床使用价值,但不可完全取代显微镜检查,对于尿沉渣分析的检测管型阳性尤其是报告透明管型阳性的标本需要进行显微镜检查以进一步确认,从而提高尿沉渣检验的准确性。

[Objective]To analyze the clinical application of SYSMEX UF-1000i automatic urine sediment analyzer（UF-1000i） in detecting the hyaline and pathological cast.[Methods]A total of 448 cases＇morning urine samples were detected both by UF-1000i and microscopy.The quantitative results of total,hyaline and pathological cast detected by UF-1000i were analyzed with the standard of microscopy.[Results]Compared with microscopy examination,UF-1000i had significant difference（P0.05） in detecting total cast.The UF-1000i in detecting hyaline cast had significant difference（P0.05）compared with microscopy;and the pathological cast has no significant difference between the two approaches（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Detection for visible component of urine especially cast detection by UF-1000i has advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,and high accuracy in detecting pathological cast.However due to a lot of influencing factors,the UF-1000i has high value for clinical use only for screening detection and treatment monitoring,it can not completely replace the microscopic examination.Therefore the detection positive specimens of cast should be confirmed by microscopic examination to improve the accuracy of urinary sediment examination.
