1578例慢性宫颈炎患病率及其相关因素

目的探讨引起慢性宫颈炎的高危因素,为预防提供依据。方法由齐鲁石化公司妇女保健专科医护人员对普查对象逐个询问病史,对妇科检查结果及检查表相关内容进行统计学分析。结果女职工慢性宫颈炎的患病率为32.18%,与生育高峰年龄段的妇女和避孕方式、产次、人工流产等因素有密切关系。结论慢性宫颈炎存在多因素的影响,应多学科、多部门协作,重视妇女病普查普治,降低发病率,提高女职工的健康水平。

Prevalence rate and related factors of 1578 cases of chronic cervicitis

[Objective]To study the high risk factors of chronic cervicitis,provide the basis for prevention.[Methods]The history data of screening objects were interviewed by the doctors and nurses of Women Health Care Department of Qilu Petrochemical Company.The results of gynecological examination and check list were analyzed statistically.[Results]The prevalence rate of chronic cervicitis among female workers was 32.18%,which had the close relationship with reproductive age,contraceptive methods,parity and induced abortion.[Conclusion]There are multiple influencing factors of chronic cervicitis.It is necessary to carry out the multidisciplinary collaboration and cooperation between departments,pay attention to screening and treatment of gynecological diseases,so as to reduce the incidence rate and improve the health level of female workers.
