中药葛根提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选葛根的提取工艺。方法采用单因素考察及正交试验设计,以葛根素含量为考察指标。结果选定的工艺为加9倍量70%乙醇,提取2次,第1次2h,第2次1.5h.结论用选定的工艺,葛根素提取效率高,结果稳定。

Abstract:Objective To study the best extractive process for radix used to determine the content of puerarin as the index of evaluation. was adding 9 times of 70% alcohol, reluxing and extracting for 2 h twice.
