| 摘 要： | 目的优选葛根的提取工艺。方法采用单因素考察及正交试验设计，以葛根素含量为考察指标。结果选定的工艺为加9倍量70％乙醇，提取2次，第1次2h，第2次1．5h.结论用选定的工艺，葛根素提取效率高，结果稳定。
