护理进修导师负责制教学方法的探讨

摘    要:目的在临床教学管理中开展护理进修教学导师负责制,探讨一种严格、规范和高质量的教学管理方法。方法选择在我院进修的712名护理人员为研究对象,采用导师负责制教学方法进行带教,并对其进修效果进行评价。结果接受进修培训后,进修护士的专业理论水平、专业技术能力、体态素质、心理素质的优良率均提高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论在综合性教学医院实行导师负责制,可提高护理进修教学质量,培养优秀的护理人才。

Abstract:Objective To explore a strict, standardized and high - quality teaching management method by implementing the instructor responsibility system in clinical advance study. Methods Seven hundreds and twelve nurses for advance study were enrolled. The instructor responsibirity teaching mode was performed in the course of clinical advance study. Results The excellent rates of professional knowledge,skills,etiquette quality, and psychological quality of these nurses were increased (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The instructor responsibility system in clinical advance study is effective to improve the teaching quality and train competent nurses in general teaching hospitals.
