| 摘 要： | 本组选用平均体重为15kg左右之杂种犬26条,在气管内插管全身吸入及静脉复合麻醉下,开展不用体外循环的升主动脉与三支冠状动脉搭桥的实验研究。创用静脉滴注乙胺碘呋酮,辅以心表面洒2％利多卡因来减慢心率保证吻合。26条犬术中、术后均作了心电图,并有2犬作左心室腔超声心动图,示心功能均佳。本组总存活率69.23％,术后存活时间最长者已达一年。 |

| Abstract: | 26 dogs with average body weight 15kg were selected for experimental study of aortocoronary bypass graft withont cardiopulmonary bypass. These operations were performed under endotracheal and intravenous anesthesia. Tachycardia during the operation was lowered by intravenous administration of Cordarone (2mg/kg) and local spray of 2% Lidocainsol on the surface of dog's heart to facilitate the anastomosis of the vessels. ECG were observed during and after the bypass operation. Echocardiogram of the left ventricular cavity on 2 dogs during the operation were recorded before and after ligation of respective proximal end of coronary artery. Both ECG and Echocardiogram showed the functin of dog's heart was good. The total survival rate of this series is 69.23% and the longest survival time after operation is one year. |
