血清腺苷脱氨酶在肝病诊断中的应用

摘    要:
本文测定了140例肝病患者和340例健康人血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)的活性。结果表明肝病患者血清ADA活性明显高于健康人(P<0.01)。将血清ADA与谷丙转氨酶(GPT)进行相关分析,发现两者呈高度相关(r=0.81,P<0.0001)。提示血清ADA的测定可作为肝病诊断的指标。

Abstract:
The activities of serum adenosine deaminase (ADA) in 140 patients with hepatic diseases and 340 healthy subjects were determined. The results showed that serum ADA activity inpatients with hepatic diseases, as compared healthy subject,was increased significantly. The relationship betweens ADA and sGPT was also investigated. It was found that the increases of the two enzymes are high correlation(r = 0. 81,P<0. 0001). The data suggested it is possible to measure ADA instead of GPT in diagnosis of hepatic diseases.
