摘    要:
目的 探讨氯化三丁基锡(tributyltin chloride,TBTCl)致巨噬细胞株RAW264.7细胞的凋亡作用。方法 当RAW264.7细胞处于代数生长期时,分别加入不同浓度(0.0,0.025,0.05,0.10,0.20,0.40mg/L)的TBTCl处理48h,分别用四甲基偶氮噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测细胞活性,观察TBTCl对RAW264.7细胞增殖影响;吖啶橙/溴化乙锭(AO/EB)染色法观察凋亡细胞的形态,流式细胞仪检测TBTCl对RAW264.7细胞的凋亡率。结果 TBTCl能抑制RAW264.7细胞的增殖,其半数抑制浓度(IC50)=0.179mg/L;TBTCl也能诱导细胞的凋亡,当TBTC1达到0.40mg/L时,细胞凋亡率达到19.5%。结论 TBTC1可诱导细胞凋亡。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the apoptosis effect of tributyltin chloride (TBTC1)on RAW264.7 cells.Methods RAW264.7 cells were incubated with various concentrations of TBTCL for 24 hours.The cell growth inhibition was mea-sured by MTT,and the cell apoptosis was observed by flow cytometry analysis and fluorescence microscope.Results TBTCl could result in the descent of cell activity (IC50=0.179 mg/L) and could induce the apoptosis in RAW264.7 cells.The rate of apoptosis of RAW264.7 cells reached to 19.5% at TBTCl co...
