| 摘 要： | 目的 :尽快、尽早地为临床提供用药参考。方法 :对临床常规痰标本经直接涂片镜检筛选 ,再用胰酶消化后进行直接药敏试验 ,并与标准K -B法进行对比研究。结果 :直接药敏与K -B法结果总符合率为 92 7% ,经统计学处理两法无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :提示痰液标本直接药敏有临床应用可行性 ,并提出了它的优越性及不足之处、应用注意事项和建议 |

| Abstract: | Objectives:To offer the rusults of antimicrobial susceptibility testing as soon as possible.Methods:The direct susceptibility tests were performed for clinical sputa screened by direct smear and digsted by trypsin,and compare the results of the direct susceptibility tests with that of the standard K B methods.Results:The ratio of according with the direct susceptibility testing and the standard K B methods was 92.7%. There were not statistic difference between the results of the two methods(P>0.05). Conclusions:The direct susceptibility testing may be apply to clinical sputum.But we should notice the shortage. |
