淋巴结滤泡树突状细胞肉瘤一例并文献复习

目的探讨淋巴结滤泡树突状细胞肉瘤的临床和病理特点。方法对1例淋巴结滤泡树突状细胞肉瘤进行临床、病理组织学和免疫组织化学的观察，并结合文献探讨其临床表现、病理形态及鉴别诊断。结果瘤细胞合体样，呈栅栏状、漩涡状、束状排列，具有围绕血管呈同心圆样排列的特征性。免疫组化：表达CD21、Vim和CD68。结论滤泡树突状细胞肉瘤是一种少见的低度恶性肿瘤。诊断依赖组织病理学和免疫组化标记。

Follicular Dendritic Cell Sarcoma of Lymph node:a Case Report and Review of the Literature

Objective To investigate the clinical and pathologic characteristics of the follicular dendrite cell sarcoma of lymph node.Methods Clinical data,pathologic changes and immunohistochemical finds were observed with review of the literature,and differential diagnosis was discussed in one case of follicular dendritic cell sarcoma of lymph node(FDCS).Results Histologically,the follicular dendritic cell sarcoma was formed by whorls and fascicles of spindle or syncytoid cells,circular structure with a fibrovasculare core was remarkable.Immunohistochemically,the tumors were positive for CD21,Vimentin,and CD68.Conclusion FDCS is a rare low-grade malignant tumor,and the diagnosis is based on the histopathology and immunohistochemistry.
