高压氧治疗对脑梗死患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶的影响

摘    要:目的 为观察脑梗死后血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶的动态变化,以及高压氧治疗后血清NSE的变化,判断高压氧治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法 将脑梗死患者84例,随机分为高压氧治疗组42例,常规治疗组42例,分别测定发病第1、2、3、12天的血清NSE水平,采用50例健康老年人的血清NSE作为正常对照组。结果 脑梗死患者血清NES水平明显高于正常组,P〈0.01,HBO治疗组第2、3、12天血清NSE水平与常规治疗组相比有显著差异,(第2天P〈0.05,第3天,第12天P均〈0.01)。结论 NSE可以作为反映脑梗塞患者脑细胞损伤程度的生化指标,早期高压氧治疗有助于减轻脑梗死病情。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) treatment on neuron-specific-enolase(NSE) levels in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods Eighty four patients with acute ischemic stroke were divided into two groups randomly:HBO treatment group and general treatment group,42 cases in each.Serum levels of NSE were measured in all patients on d 1,2,3,12,and 50 healthy elderly subjects as controls.Results The serum level of NSE in acute ischemic stroke sufferers was higher than that of normal controls(P<0.01).The serum level of NSE in HBO group was markedly lower than that of general treatment group on d2,3,12(P<0.05).Conclusion NSE can be used as an indicator for brain cell damage,the HBO treatment can alleviate the brain damage induced by acute ischemic stroke effectively.
